  • Files, notes, messages and related metadata you upload or create in cloud workspaces
  • Saved provider credentials, billing references, usage records and support enquiries

3. Privacy-First Approach

OyrenAI is built with privacy as a core principle:

  • Some features work on your device. Uploading, syncing or using cloud features sends the relevant content to our servers and service providers.
  • If you save a provider API key, we store it encrypted and decrypt it when needed for authorised requests.
  • Cloud files and notes are stored so you can use them across sessions and devices.
  • AI requests can send prompts and selected workspace content to the provider you use. Provider terms and account settings apply.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

  • Authenticate your account
  • Provide customer support
  • Send important updates about the service

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. Cloud workspace content and saved provider credentials are processed on our servers to provide the features you request.

6. Third-Party Services

We use service providers for authentication, cloud storage, payments, communications and AI requests. These include Google, DigitalOcean, Turso, Stripe, Resend and the AI providers used for your requests. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly analytics service (PostHog) to understand how visitors use our website. To do this, we store an anonymous random identifier in your browser's localStorage and a cookie. Specifically:

  • The identifier is a randomly generated UUID. It does not contain your name, email, or any other personal information.
  • If you sign in, your account information (email, name) is associated with analytics events only if you grant analytics consent through our cookie banner.
  • You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the consent banner. If you reject analytics cookies, no persistent identifier is stored.
  • We use PostHog as our analytics provider. Aggregate, anonymized usage data may be processed on their EU infrastructure.
