Oyren is operated by Oyren Ltd, company number 16784513, based in the United Kingdom. By accessing and using Oyren, you accept and agree to these terms.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use OyrenAI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. API Keys and Data
You are responsible for the API keys you provide. Saved provider keys are stored encrypted and used for authorised requests. Cloud features process the relevant content on our servers and through service providers. See our privacy policy for details.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use OyrenAI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
OyrenAI is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of OyrenAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Annual Pro/Max prepay: a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. No refunds, including no pro-rata refunds, after that.
Monthly plans: cancel anytime. No partial refunds.
